Terms and Conditions

All transactions will be completed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)

All programs are eligible for a refund less an administration charge up to the withdrawal date listed for each specific program.  Please contact the club in writing or email with your request to withdraw.  Skate Canada membership fees are non-refundable. 

Competitive Team withdrawls must give one months written notice including Doctors note or under extenuating circumstances as approved by the board.  Skaters will be responsible for all team expenses incurred up to the end of that month, if withdrawing after 4 weeks. This amount will include Dress fee, Admin charges and that month's payment.

We do not export any goods or services.

All programs will take place at the location indicated in the program registration.  The club will notify participants of any changes in location due to extenuating circumstances.

Any products purchased on this site will be available for pick up at program locations at regular program times as advised at the time of purchase.

Additionally to the general terms and conditions, you will be required to accept the policies as required by each particular program during your registration process.

Privacy Policy

Member information provided is only shared with our parent organization of Skate Canada for the purpose of registration. 

Member information is not shared with any other organization or business. 

Member information may be used by Regina Synchronized Skating Teams (RSST) for the purpose of distributing club or program information, newsletters, transaction confirmations, invoices and receipts.
