With over 30 years of figure skating experience - 20 of them synchro - skating is a huge part of Trish's life. Trish's goal as a coach is to give every one of her skaters the opportunity to continuously improve their skills and develop a passion for the sport of synchronized skating so that they absolutely love to step on the ice each and every time - just like she does.

Tricia was born and raised in Melville, Saskatchewan and skating has been her passion from the very first time she was put on skates at the age of 4. Throughout her school years she competed as a single skater and joined a synchronized skating team. As a teenager she also became a CanSkate Program Assistant. From then on she knew coaching skating was something she wanted to pursue.

After finishing her post secondary school in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan she moved to Regina in 2002 and she is currently employed as Senior Accounting Administrator at the Canadian Cancer Society. Tricia recently bought her first home with her boyfriend and is enjoying being a home owner. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as travelling as often as possible.

Amy spent the first 13 years of her life in Toronto where she began her skating journey at the local skating rink near to her house. She is now a NCCP Partial Level 1 – Primary Starskate Trained coach with 14 years of Synchro skating experience.

Amy spends her days teaching wonderful children in the Special Education program at Lakeview School and lives with a house full of boys; her husband Mark, and her “animal children” Eddie and Casper. Amy has a very busy life during the school year, but in the summers she loves to spend time outside, visit with friends and do some travelling.
