Who we are:

Our team is part of the CanSynchroSkate program.  This program gives skaters the opportunity to build upon and improve their skating skills while learning and performing a choreographed synchronized skating number.

Harmony competes in the Elementary synchronized skating category. The team consists of 8 - 16 skaters.  Skaters must not have reached the age of 15 and at least 75% of the skaters must not have reached the age of 12 as of July 1st.
