About RSST
Regina Synchronized Skating Teams (RSST) currently have 6 teams who skate at the following arenas during our regular Winter season. Other arenas are used for our Summer Schools, Fall School and Choreography Weekends.

Synchronized Skating is a Team Sport. Skaters work as a team to accomplish a variety of maneuvers and transitions on the ice to music. Our teams skate at a recreational competitive level known as Festival. Skaters will develop strong synchronized skating skills, but basic skating skills are essential to participate.

Teams
Beginner I
A team of 8 to 16 skaters. No age limit
Beginner II
A team of 8 to 16 Skaters. Skaters must not have reached the age of 12 as of July 1st preceding the competition. At least 75% of the skaters must not have reached the age of 10 as of July 1st preceding the competition.
Elementary
A team of 8 to 16 skaters. Skaters must not have reached the age of 15 as of July 1stpreceding the competition. At least 75% of the skaters must not have reached the age of 12 as of July 1st preceding the competition.
Pre-Novice
A team of 8 to 16 Skaters. Skaters must not have reached the age of 19 as of July 1st preceding the competition. At least 75% of the skaters must have reached the age of 10 as of July 1st preceding the competition.
Adult II
A team of 8 to 20 skaters. Skaters must have reached the age of 19 as of July 1st preceding the competition. At least 50% of the skaters must have reached the age of 25 as of July 1st preceding the competition.
Adult III
A team of 8 to 20 Skaters. Skaters must have reached the age of 25 as of July 1st preceding the competition. At least 50% of the skaters must have reached the age of 35 as of July 1st preceding the competition.
